Key takeaways

  • Corpo Plaza is a full City Center sub-district, not a synonym for Arasaka Tower or Memorial Park.
  • Memorial Park forms the visual and navigational centre of the district, surrounding the corporate headquarters.
  • The district contains the separate sub-areas Arasaka Port, Crunch Plaza, Empathy, Megabuilding H9, Old Nature Clinic and Regal Residences, as well as the central corporate-plaza area.
  • Dino Dinovic is the local fixer His Corpo Plaza gigs include A Lack of Empathy and Serial Suicide. His other City Center contracts are assigned to Downtown rather than Corpo Plaza.
  • V can rent Corpo Plaza Apartment in Regal Residences for €$55,000 after the apartment feature is available. CD Projekt Red added the apartment in Patch 1.5.
  • Konpeki Plaza is not in Corpo Plaza It is in Arasaka Waterfront, Watson, despite the similar name.

About this guide

Scope: Cyberpunk 2077 base game, including free post-launch apartment content and the 2.0-era game structure where relevant. Phantom Liberty locations and tabletop-only versions of Corporate Plaza are excluded unless explicitly noted. Status: Researched guide. Some minor storefronts and background buildings are named inconsistently between in-game signage, map labels and community databases, so the directory below distinguishes verified named locations from broader visual landmarks.

Overview

Corpo Plaza is a sub-district of City Center, the corporate heart of Night City. It is not simply the area around Arasaka Tower. In the 2077 game world, the district includes the monumental central plaza and Memorial Park, several corporate towers, the luxury retail complex known as The View, the Arasaka Port waterfront, Corpo Plaza’s residential and entertainment buildings, and a number of smaller named interiors and mission spaces.

The district was rebuilt after the Fourth Corporate War and is designed as a display of corporate power. Its architecture is defensive, vertical and deliberately intimidating. Arasaka, Militech, Petrochem, Biotechnica and Kang Tao all have major structures or offices in and around the plaza. The result is less a normal civic centre than a fortified diplomatic quarter, where corporate interests operate beside one another under heavy private security. The game’s database describes the plaza as crowded with executives, NCPD officers and heavily armed corporate personnel, making its apparent order feel more like enforced tension than genuine peace.

District identity and boundaries

Corpo Plaza occupies the central portion of City Center. Its most recognisable feature is a broad circular road and elevated pedestrian network surrounding Memorial Park and the corporate towers. The area is visually continuous with Downtown, but the two are separate sub-districts in the game’s map and quest classification.

The central corporate-plaza portion contains the large towers and Memorial Park. Around it are several named sub-areas that should not be collapsed into “the plaza”:

The exact street-level border can be difficult to read while driving because roads, bridges and tower forecourts overlap. The safest practical distinction is to use the in-game sub-district label and quest marker rather than assuming that every building visible from Memorial Park belongs to Corpo Plaza. Some nearby City Center interiors, including Downtown locations, are close enough to appear part of the same complex.

Sub-area directory

Arasaka Port

Arasaka Port is the waterfront sub-area associated with the district. It is not the same location as Arasaka Waterfront in Watson, where Konpeki Plaza is found.

Status: Arasaka Port is primarily a named environmental and navigational sub-area. Akuma is listed as a location within it, but its practical role should not be confused with the Konpeki Plaza hotel or the main Arasaka headquarters.

Crunch Plaza

Crunch Plaza is a smaller named commercial and entertainment sub-area.

Status: Metal Heaven is a named venue or interior label. It is not a general-purpose shop directory entry, and its accessibility can depend on the associated content. A community report also notes that Metal Heaven appears near a gun shop and may be shuttered or unfinished in ordinary free exploration, so it should not be treated as a fully open commercial hub without qualification.

Empathy

Empathy is a club and a major gig location.

The club is the target of A Lack of Empathy, in which V must upload a virus to Empathy’s subnet. The gig is assigned by Dino Dinovic and is classified specifically under Corpo Plaza.

Megabuilding H9

Megabuilding H9 is a named residential megabuilding in the district.

The building is a useful example of how Corpo Plaza combines corporate prestige with dense urban habitation. It should not be confused with Megabuilding H10 in Little China, V’s starting apartment building for most lifepaths.

Old Nature Clinic

The Old Nature Clinic is listed as a location within Corpo Plaza. Available public references identify it as a named building rather than a standard player-facing ripperdoc with a normal cyberware catalogue. Do not infer a purchasable medical service merely from the word “clinic”.

Regal Residences

Regal Residences is the residential sub-area containing V’s Corpo Plaza apartment.

The apartment was added with Patch 1.5 and can be purchased for €$55,000. It is a property rather than a conventional shop or hotel service.

Corporate Plaza Proper

The central area contains the district’s best-known corporate and civic landmarks.

This is the part of Corpo Plaza most players picture when the name is used. The tower cluster is arranged around Memorial Park, with pedestrian bridges, layered roads and elevated walkways connecting the public-facing areas.

Geography and navigation

Memorial Park

Memorial Park is the district’s central public space and its main visual anchor. It forms a broad ring around the corporate headquarters and commemorates the victims of the Fourth Corporate War. The park’s design is deliberately monumental, with polished surfaces, corporate memorial architecture and carefully controlled access routes.

The park is also the easiest place to orient yourself. If you can see the central Arasaka structure and the circular road, you are probably in the core of Corpo Plaza. The Metro: Memorial Park station is the most useful fast-travel reference point.

The tower ring

The corporate towers are arranged around the park and connected by roads, ramps and footbridges. The area is built vertically, so the shortest route is not always the route at street level. If you are trying to cross from the outer road into the central park, look for:

Community navigation reports note that the circular road can be awkward to cross directly because of traffic and the plaza’s layered pedestrian routes. Walking through the memorial side is generally more practical than attempting to sprint across the road.

Waterfront side

The Arasaka Port side opens the district towards the water and industrial corporate infrastructure. It has a different feel from the polished central ring, but it remains part of the broader Corpo Plaza scope. Treating the port as a separate district would understate the area’s actual boundaries.

The tower ring

  1. 01
A pedestrian bridge leading towards the corporate buildings.
  2. 02
An entrance through the Arasaka Memorial side of the complex.
  3. 03
A lift or internal lobby when a building entrance is available.
  4. 04
The Memorial Park Metro entrance as a reliable fallback landmark.

Access and routes

Corpo Plaza is freely accessible during ordinary open-world play once V can move around Night City. There is no general “corporate pass” requirement for walking around the public streets and park. Individual interiors may be restricted, mission-only, guarded or inaccessible outside their associated activity.

Driving

Driving is possible throughout the ordinary streets, although the traffic ring around the park is often slower and less convenient than walking. Corpo Plaza rewards short walking routes between elevated entrances. If a marker seems to be on the opposite side of the road, check for a bridge or underground approach before trying to cross through traffic.

Metro

Memorial Park Station is the district’s principal named transit point. It functions as both a fast-travel destination and a useful navigation anchor. The station is associated with the park rather than with a separate neighbouring district.

Recommended first visit: The most practical first exploration route is

  1. 01
Fast travel to Metro: Memorial Park.
  2. 02
Walk around the outer edge of Memorial Park to identify the circular road and central tower group.
  3. 03
Visit Arasaka Memorial and locate the pedestrian connections towards Arasaka Tower.
  4. 04
Continue around the ring to identify the Biotechnica Building, Kang Tao Building, Militech Offices and Petrochem Tower.
  5. 05
Follow the signs and map markers towards The View.
  6. 06
Move east or south towards Regal Residences if you have purchased V’s apartment.
  7. 07
Finish by checking the port and smaller named sub-areas rather than assuming that the tower ring is the whole district.

Residents, visitors and notable characters

Dino Dinovic

Dino is City Center’s fixer and the character most directly associated with Corpo Plaza’s repeatable mercenary work. He operates in the gap between corporate clients, mercenaries, nightlife and the city’s informal economy. His database profile presents him as a fixer who can arrange stimulants, loans, joytoys, violence and other illicit services, while also maintaining a rockerboy identity as bassist of the Gloryhole Bandits.

For the purposes of the game’s quest structure, Dino’s territory covers City Center, which includes both Downtown and Corpo Plaza. This is why not every Dino contract takes place in the plaza itself.

Corporate personnel

The corporate presence is not merely decorative. Corpo Plaza’s streets are visibly more controlled than many other Night City districts, but that control comes from private security and corporate force as much as from public policing.

V’s apartment

V’s Corpo Plaza Apartment is a purchasable property in Regal Residences. It is not tied to the Corpo lifepath. Any V can purchase it once the relevant apartment system is available, provided they can afford the €$55,000 price. The property should be separated from the lifepath’s opening office sequence: a Corpo V begins the story inside Arasaka’s corporate world, but that does not mean V starts with ownership of the later apartment.

Factions and security

Arasaka

Arasaka is the dominant visual and political force in the district. Arasaka Tower and Arasaka Memorial define the central skyline, while the corporation’s private security patrols and checkpoints help establish the area’s controlled atmosphere.

Other corporations

The district also contains named structures associated with:

Their presence is important because Corpo Plaza is presented as a corporate power centre rather than a single-company campus. The towers represent competing interests that coexist in a high-security environment.

NCPD

NCPD officers are common in the district, but their presence should not be mistaken for full civilian control. The plaza’s security model is mixed, with public police operating alongside corporate guards. The database description explicitly emphasises the armed corporate presence.

Security behaviour

Security is not a single permanent combat encounter. Most guards are ordinary ambient NPCs until V trespasses, attacks, steals or begins a mission-specific objective.

Shops, services and named businesses

The district includes several named commercial locations, but not every visible sign represents a usable shop. This distinction matters.

Service-status notes

The available location directories list these names, but they do not consistently document a separate player service, inventory or purchase interaction for every entry. They should therefore remain in the directory without being promoted to confirmed shops.

Missions and activities

Corpo Plaza gigs

The wider City Center gig list also includes An Inconvenient Killer, Guinea Pigs and The Frolics of Councilwoman Cole, but those are classified as Downtown rather than Corpo Plaza. Do not fold them into a Corpo Plaza mission directory simply because Dino gives them.

A Lack of Empathy

This gig sends V into Empathy to compromise its subnet. The mission’s value is not just the reward. It gives a practical reason to explore a venue that might otherwise look like a decorative club interior.

The exact route and combat pressure can vary with V’s build and approach. Avoid treating the club as a normal public shop after the mission. Its confirmed gameplay significance is the gig.

Serial Suicide

This contract concerns stolen or sensitive CCTV footage. It is a thievery job rather than a simple elimination mission. The district’s layered architecture and security theme make it a natural setting for an infiltration objective.

NCPD Scanner Hustles

Corpo Plaza contains NCPD Scanner Hustles, with rewards and locations documented in district-specific guides. These are separate from Dino’s gigs and should be cleared independently when completing the district.

Because scanner-hustle placements and reward tables can be affected by game version and map presentation, use the in-game map marker as the final authority for the active save. The important distinction is that these are fixed authored activities, not random street encounters or procedural events.

Apartment content

Once V purchases the Corpo Plaza Apartment, it functions as a property and personal base rather than as a mission hub. The apartment system added several purchasable residences in Patch 1.5, including Corpo Plaza for €$55,000.

Hazards and practical advice

Traffic and layered roads

The greatest ordinary navigation hazard is the district’s road layout. The central ring can be difficult to cross on foot, and several routes appear closer than they really are because they are separated vertically. Use pedestrian bridges and building approaches.

Corporate security

Do not treat every guard as hostile by default. Many are ambient NPCs. Hostility usually follows trespass, theft, violence or a mission state. If you are approaching a restricted door, quicksave first.

Mission-only interiors

Some buildings and venues are named in the district directory but are not freely explorable in the same way as the streets and park. A name on signage is not proof of a complete interior, vendor, collectible set or repeatable activity.

Lore and setting significance

Corpo Plaza is one of the clearest expressions of *Cyberpunk 2077*’s political geography. It is not merely rich because expensive buildings stand there. It is rich because corporations have replaced many functions normally associated with states. Their towers act as offices, embassies, military headquarters and declarations of power at the same time.

The official digital artbook presents Corporate Plaza as a fortified corporate diplomatic zone, a place where hostile powers maintain a tense peace while conducting business and covert operations. This interpretation explains the area’s visual language: hard-edged towers, guarded entrances, monumental memorials and a public park surrounded by private power.

The memorial itself also reflects the setting’s contradictions. It commemorates the dead of the Fourth Corporate War, yet it sits inside a district where the corporations that survived and profited from such conflicts continue to dominate public life.

Progression and version notes

Corpo lifepath

A Corpo V begins the game with a mission sequence connected to Arasaka’s corporate world. That opening is not the same as ordinary free exploration of Corpo Plaza, and it does not grant permanent corporate authority over the district.

Patch 1.5 and apartment ownership

The Corpo Plaza Apartment was added as part of the apartment feature introduced in Patch 1.5. The official patch notes list the Corpo Plaza property at €$55,000.

2.0 and later gameplay

The district remains part of the base game’s City Center structure after later updates. Combat balance, vendor inventories, cyberware systems and quest progression can differ between older and newer versions. For current play, rely on the active save’s map and journal for whether a particular gig or scanner activity has appeared.
